Strategy and Vision

Dave works with you on where the practice is going and how every decision points toward that destination. The discipline at this level is time. There are only so many hours in the day, and the work is making sure you are spending them on the things that move you toward your vision, not the things that just fill the calendar.

Dave also works with your associates on building trust and stepping into the mindset of a doctor. The associates are critical to scaling the practice, and most of them have never been developed as doctors and leaders in the way the work requires.

Team

Mary works directly with your team. She handles hiring and firing, role clarity, and the development of the character and leadership of each team member. At the end of the day, the team is going to run the practice. Our job is making sure they can.

Numbers

Stephen lives in your numbers. He identifies the levers that actually move profit. He designs the financial structure that funds what you are building. The numbers are not just for tracking. They are the input we use to make the strategic adjustments week after week.

Cohorts of ten practices begin twice a year. Everyone moves through the same disciplined sequence together. After the seven-month journey, you continue at the same rate for as long as it serves you.

Month 1 · Onboarding

We do a full audit of your team. We pull your finances, your KPIs, and your vision. By the end of the month we know your practice and your team knows what is coming.

Months 2 through 7 · The Intensive

We work the four pillars in order: Vision and Strategy, Building Trust and Raising Up Leaders, Business Rhythms, and KPIs and Scorecards. Each pillar gets a full month of disciplined work that includes group calls, one-on-ones, and the surge weeks that bring it all together.

Month 8 and beyond

At this point your practice is in a completely different place than it was when we started. We customize the ongoing engagement based on what your practice needs now. Same rate, same access, same team. We stay in the practice with you for as long as it serves you.
