The 12-Week Intensive is a high-touch, high-accountability program designed for chiropractic CEOs and teams who are hungry, humble, and ready to grow but feel stuck with their strategy, team, or marketing. Working with 6-8 offices at a time, we provide hands-on strategy, coaching, and accountability through a comprehensive approach:
Dr. Dave Touhill serves as your business strategist, working 1-on-1 with the CEO to build a detailed growth plan and provide ongoing accountability through stuck points and challenges
Mary Quense acts as your team coach, keeping your team accountable for strategic objectives and providing weekly training in areas where they need development
Stephen Camiolo functions as your fractional integrator, dialing in your stats from leads to conversion to retention while working directly with team members responsible for financials and patient conversions
Throughout the Intensive, you and your team members will have individual 1-on-1 sessions with Dr. Dave, Mary, and Stephen for personalized coaching, accountability, and targeted development.

Scale is the next step after completing the Intensive. Our goal is to build and develop a team that can run a practice with you. We are your strategic advisors. We will problem solve stuck points, coach the team, and track your numbers.
The focus is on continuous improvement—getting 1% better each week through ongoing refinement and advanced implementation of your systems.
Calls are bi-weekly rotating between CEO and Team calls
You will also have monthly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Dr. Dave, Mary, and Stephen.
