Strategy and Vision

Dave works with you on the bigger questions. Where you are going. How you spend your time. Which opportunities to chase and which to leave alone. There are only so many hours in the day, and at this level the discipline is choosing right, because almost any of these opportunities would be reasonable.

Team

Mary works directly with your office manager and your team. She handles hires and fires, role clarity, culture, and leadership development. The team is going to run the practice, and at the Legacy level the work is making sure they can run it without you, even as you build other things.

Numbers

Stephen lives in your numbers. He is watching the trends, identifying the levers, and designing the financial structure that funds the next chapter, whether that is another clinic, real estate, private equity, or something else entirely.

The work is collaborative and ongoing. We are talking with you regularly. We are working with you in the business. We are holding you accountable to the things that matter most. We are adjusting as the conditions change.
